Terms of Business
At our initial meeting we will discuss all possible options for the funeral arrangements and advise you of relevant costs including any Third-Party Fees and Payments (Disbursements) we will make in advance on your behalf. Once arrangements are confirmed we will provide a confirmation of arrangements together with all known costs before our final invoice is issued. We will require a 50% deposit of the estimated costs prior to the funeral date; with the balance due within Fourteen days from the final invoice being issued - these payments may be made by BACS or Debit/Credit Card.
For a Direct/Unattended Cremation or Burial, payment in full is required before the funeral date.
We reserve the right to add compound interest of 1.5% per month on all outstanding accounts unless a prior arrangement has been agreed;
Any associated costs for recovering a debt will be passed on to the debtor.
